So many deductions from ads which is not helping the merchant at all. Also had the worst experiemce where the app couldn't find a driver and the food already is marked ready, and yet it got cancelled and only got 40% compensation?? Doesn't make any sense at all.

With the old version I had no issues, since even though most of the times we didn't get notifications, the drives still came and the orders were never cancelled. But now with the new version, I'm starting to lose my nerves. Already two days with the new version and all my orders cancelled automatically because we didn't get the notifications. We are losing money, so are you. If the orders are cancelled, I can't get more money and you can't get your commission. Please fix this issue. Thank you!

I don't have any problem with the ads last month, it's a breeze, top banner indeed help to increace the sales. The cost is high, yes, our omzet deducted for almost 40% from ads and fee combined. But that is still okay. But for the past three weeks, not only the sales was pretty stagnant even with ads, but the cost was insane! Our omzet got deducted 100%, everyday, which they said it's because of the ads. And where is the breakdown of ads cost? We only get daily transaction details.
